Vehicle + self-drive itinerary A Zumi 4x4 plus a custom self-drive route. Planning typically starts from N$1,250 and is confirmed by quote.

Vehicle + driver-guide + itinerary A vehicle, driver-guide and itinerary in one trip. Your guide drives, so self-drive rental insurance is not needed. Driver-guide pricing starts from N$2,200/day and is confirmed by quote.

Itinerary planning only A custom self-drive itinerary for your own or separately arranged vehicle. Planning starts from N$2,000; complex trips are quoted individually.

Windhoek handover is included. WDH: N$750 one way / N$1,400 return for 1–7 days; one leg is included for 8–13 days; both are included from 14 days. Other locations are custom-quoted.

Cross-border travel Namibia only: no permit fee. Botswana or South Africa: N$1,200. Both: N$1,800. Other countries are custom-quoted. External border charges are separate.
