This thirteen-day outline begins with Spitzkoppe, passes through the Brandberg corridor and Palmwag, then reaches Opuwo and Epupa for two nights by the Kunene. Is this a technical Kaokoland off-road expedition?

No. The proposed route uses the agreed main-road circuit and booked camps. Technical passes, unplanned riverbed driving and isolated exploration are not part of the base itinerary.

How are cultural visits arranged?

A visit should be hosted with community consent, fair local payment and respectful photography. It is arranged through the appropriate local host or guide rather than treated as an uninvited stop.

Are all campsite facilities the same?
