We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage vehicle availability and operational commitments.
Vehicle Rentals
More than 30 days before rental start date
A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable administrative or bank fees (if applicable).15–30 days before rental start date
50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.7–14 days before rental start date
25% of the total rental amount will be refunded.Less than 7 days before rental start date
No refund will be issued.No-shows or early returns
No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused rental days due to early return.
Tours & Activities
More than 14 days before tour start date
A full refund will be issued, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.7–14 days before tour start date
50% refund of the total tour cost.Less than 7 days before tour start date
No refund will be issued.
Some tours and activities involve third-party suppliers (lodges, guides, permits, park fees). These costs may be non-refundable and will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Changes & Amendments
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Rate differences may apply if the new dates fall into a higher season.
Changes must be requested in writing.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Road closures
Government restrictions
Airline delays or cancellations
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may take 7–14 business days, depending on banks and payment providers.
Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
